Vilma Santos on CHR 1k budget: “Ito ang isang ahensya na tumutulong sa karapatang pangtao!”

A poser of Lipa City Representative and a veteran actres Vilma Santos was confirmed by her son Luis Manzano in his Twitter account defending and confirming the standpoint of his mother regarding the 1,000.00 budget for the commission on human rights (CHR) in 2018.
KAMI.com.ph through the post of Daniel Joseph Navalta learned about the stance from Luis’ Twitter through PEP. Ph. Where it was said that some netizens were mentioning that the representative of lipa agreed with the 2018 P1,000.00 budget for the CHR for the reason that her name was not on the list of those who opposed for the budget which was then clarified by her son through his posts on twitter.

Even even mentioned that her mother was “Actually against the budget” and was not just able to vote because of health reason that the representative had ulcers attack and is under and posted a screen shot of a txt msg of Vilma with the post.

“I wasn’t able to attend yesterdays session cause i had an ulcer attack. I’m under medication. But will work todays. Thankss anak!”

“My mom’s clarificatory message regarding the CHR issue and yes, she always makes lambing with extra “s”” 

Luis also showing the reason of his mother why she is against the 1,000.00 budget for CHR for the year 2018 mentioning

“With so many crimes/EJK – it needs more resources for these investigations. Ito ang isang ahensya na tumutulong sa karapatang pangtao!” 

Then Luis Posted another screen shot revealing clarifying and confirming that such twitter account name under Vilma Santos Recto (@vilmaSrecto) on twitter is not being used by his mom.
