ITO ANG HINIHINTAY NG LAHAT!AQUINO AT IBA PANG DATING OPISYAL PINADALHAN NA NG SUBPOENA NG DOJ!

Ipina-subpoena na ng Department of Justice (DOJ) sina dating Pangulong Noynoy, dating Budget Secretary Butch Abad, dating Health Secretary Janet Garin at ilan pang opisyal.

Kaugnay ito sa nakatakdang preliminary investigation ng DOJ hinggil sa kontrobersiyal na bakunang Dengvaxia sa darating na Biyernes, Marso 23.

Tatalakayin sa nasabing preliminary investigation ang mga kasong multiple homicide and physical injuries, graft, technical malversation at paglabag sa procurement law na inihain ng Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC) at Vanguard of the Philippine Constitution Incorporated (VPCI) laban kay Aquino at sa mga dati nitong kalihim.

Advertisement Kasabay nito, ipinatawag din ng DOJ ang VACC, VPCI at si dating Department of Health Consultant Dr. Francis Cruz.

Magugunitang naghain na rin ng reklamo sa Commission on Elections (COMELEC) ang mga kinatawan ng VACC at VPCI na sina Atty. Manuelito Luna at Eli Mallari dahil sa umano’y paglabag nina Aquino, dating Budget Secretary Butch Abad at dating Health Secretary sa Omnibus Election Code.

Ito ay dahil sa pagpapalabas umano ng pondo para sa Dengvaxia vaccine ilang araw bago ang 2016 elections.
