Atty. Glenn Chong emphasized that the ballot images exposed by former Senator Bongbong Marcos in the public, as evidence last Monday, are not fabricated because it came from the Supreme Court.
Because of this, Robredo’s camp were disconcerted, even Sixto Brillantes (Trojan Horse) who pretends to be Marcos’ ally showed his true color.
During the Senate Hearing last Saturday, Chong aksed the Commission on Election (Comelec) and Smartmatic to show the logs of the Domain Name System (DNS) server to prove their allegation that the votes were manipulated, a day after the election where Smartmatic changed its DNS server and transferred all its queries from the voting machines to the second DNS server, which only used 4 IP addresses.
“Sa mga logs na ito, makikita rin natin na May 8 pa lamang, 6.46 ng umaga, may nagtransmit o nagpadala na ng resulta. May 9 pa ang halalan! May resulta na 24 oras bago nagbukas ang mga presinto! Isa sa mga resultang ito noong May 8 ay galing sa Ragay, Camarines Sur. (On these logs,, we can see that in May 8 at 6:46AM, result has already been transmitted wherein in fact, the election was in May 9.! There is already a result, 24 hours before the precincts in Ragay, Camarines Sur.)” Chong said.
When Chong noticed that Brillantes is not familiar with technical terms, he requested the Committee for another copy of ballot images and physical ballots to compare.
Brillantes reacted after seeing the square overlay of the two ballots and said not to believe Chong because he is Bongbong’s consultant.
Chong clarified to just a consultant of those victims of Comelec and Smartmatic syndicates.
“Kung harmless feature lamang ang square overlay na ito, bakit ang shade o marka para kay Honasan na kapareho ang laki sa shade o marka kay Robredo ay hindi nakita ng makina? Namimili ba ito? Sa halip na overvote ito dahil dalawa ang marka, binigyan pa rin ng boto si Robredo.Hindi lang si Honasan ang biniktima ng ganito. Sa parehong sitwasyon, hindi nakikita ng makina ang shade o boto nina Cayetano, Trillanes at Marcos. Sa halip na overvote dapat dahil dalawa ang ibinoto, may boto palagi si Robredo. Anong tawag dito – DAYAANG MATUWID! (If the square overlay is a harmless feature, why the machine did not see the similarity of Honasan’s shade to Robredo’s? But Instead of overvote, Robredo was still given a point. Honasan is not the only victim here, in the same situation, the machine can’t see the votes of Cayetano, Trillanes and Marcos.. but instead of overvote because two shaded, Robredo always gets a point. This is what you call “Dayaang Matuwid”)” Chong said.
In the end, Marañon admitted that the evidences showed by the camp of Marcos are not fabricated or fake.

“Malinaw na ang mga ebidensiyang ballot images na ipinalabas ni BBM sa publiko nito lang nakaraang Lunes ay hindi gawa-gawa lamang dahil galing ito mismo sa Korte Suprema. Walang lusot ang kampo ni Robredo rito.
“Sobrang nataranta ang kampo ni Robredo ng ipinalabas ito na kahit si Sixto Brillantes na nagpapanggap na tumutulong kay BBM (Trojan Horse) ay lumabas ang tunay na kulay. Sa hearing sa Senado noong Huwebes, hiniling ko sa komite na ipalabas ng Comelec at Smartmatic ang logs o detalyadong rekord ng Domain Name System (DNS) server upang mapatunayan namin na isang araw matapos ang halalan at habang nagbibilang pa ng mga boto, nagpalit ang Smartmatic ng DNS server at ipinadaan ang lahat ng queries mula sa mga voting machines sa pangalawang DNS server kung saan 4 na IP addresses lang ang ginamit.
“Ang DNS server ay parang directory. Pagtransmit ng voting machine ng kanyang resulta, hindi nito alam kung saan patungo ang transmission. Kaya doon ito sa DNS server nagpapadala ng query kung saang canvassing server ibabato ang resulta.
“Sa mga logs na ito, makikita rin natin na May 8 pa lamang, 6.46 ng umaga, may nagtransmit o nagpadala na ng resulta. May 9 pa ang halalan! May resulta na 24 oras bago nagbukas ang mga presinto! Isa sa mga resultang ito noong May 8 ay galing sa Ragay, Camarines Sur.
“Sa nasabing hearing, umupo ang hindi imbitadong si Sixto Brillantes (gatecrasher) sa table ng mga resource speakers. Hindi siguro niya naintindihan ang mga technical terms tulad ng DNS server at IP addresses dahil wala siyang reaksyon. Pero nang humirit uli ako sa komite ng kopya ng ballot images at physical ballots upang ikumpara ang dalawa at makita ang square overlay, doon na nagreact ang huklubang gatecrasher. Siniraan at ipinahiya niya ako at sinabing hindi raw ako dapat paniwalaan dahil consultant raw ako ni BBM. Lumabas ang kanyang tunay na kulay!
“Para sa kaalaman ni Sixto Brillantes, hindi ako consultant ni BBM. Wala akong tinatanggap na bayad kahit piso. Consultant ako ng lahat ng biniktima ng sindikatong Comelec at Smartmatic. Kahit sinong lalapit sa akin at humingi ng tulong o kaalaman tungkol sa dayaan, tutulongan ko.
“Kahit ang dating chief of staff ni Mr. Brillantes na si Atty. Emil Marañon ay dumipensa rin kay Robredo. Ipinapalabas niya sa kanyang sinulat sa Rappler na walang alam si BBM tungkol sa ballot images. Ang square overlay raw ay bagong feature ng mga voting machines. Normal daw ito.
“Ito ay isang kasinungalingan.
