Panibagong Scandalong sangkot si Noynoy at Garin sa 9 billion na sinayang na para sana sa mga Health Centers ibinunyag sa Publiko!

Aside from the anomalies on Dengvaxia, former Health Secretary Janette allegedly “botched” 9 billion pesos on the supposed buidling of health centers all around the country.

Blogger and government employee RJ Nieto, through his page Thinking Pinoy, said that he is brewing the article that will substantiate how Garin allegedly misused yet another set of billions for a project that didn’t pull through.

He claimed that the citizens injected with the controversial Dengvaxia vaccine, are supposed to turn to barangay health centers for assistance, but such are not present in many localities despite the 9 billion peso budget released last year.

“Matatapos sa ang 30-month protective period (kung totoo man yan) ng mga naturukan ng Dengvaxia sa 4th Quarter ng 2018, at dahil mahihirap ang karamihan ng apektado nito, inaasahang mga barangay health centers ng Department of Health (Philippines) ang una nilang lalapitan para sa tulong, tulad ng impormasyon kung paano maiibsan ang risk ng dengue, hanggang sa pangunang lunas para sa mga madadapuan ng sakit na ito,” he said.

“Pero may problema: walang health centers ang karamihan sa mga barangay sa Pilipinas, at mukhang mabinbin ang P9-billion na inilaan ng Pamahalaang Aquino para sa pagpapatayo ng 3,200 Health Centers dahil sa pagmamadali ni Department of Budget and Management Abad at Health Sec. Janet Garin,” he added.

Advertisement Nieto also alleged that Garin “dislodged” Philhealth.

“Parang sasabog ang utak ko sa article na sinusulat ko ngayon,” he said, claiming that with him are documents to prove the allegations.

He said that the money wasted is overwhelming.

“Sinusulat ko yung article about sa School-based Health Center Scam at hindi ko na mabilang kung ilang beses ako napahiyaw ng “Putang ina!” habang nagbabasa ng dokumento. Article will be up tonight,” he said.
