Sa isang full-page advertisement na inilathala sa pahayagang Manila Times, pinirmahan ng mga miyembro ng Philippine Military Academy Alumni Association Inc. (PMAAAI) ang manifesto na humihiling na sipain palabas ng organisasyon si Senador Antonio Trillanes dahil sa mga inaasta nito na sumisira umano sa imahe ng institusyon.
Ayon sa mga miyembro ng PMAAAI, gusto nilang matanggal si Trillanes sa organisasyon dahil sa pagiging bastos at walang galang sa mga senior officers at sa Presidente, pagpapakalat ng kasinungalingan, korapsyon at sedisyon.

“A senator with abrasive behavior during Senate hearings; a Filipino citizen with utter disregard and rudeness to authorities such as the Office of the President is an obvious display of conduct unbecoming of a public official and questionable mental health, fond of creating discord and divisiveness instead of supposed duties to create policies to establish a well ordered society,” sabi pa sa manifesto.
