Komendyante Na Si Roderick Paulate, Pinatawan Ng parusang Hanggang 62 Taong Kulong

Maraming nagulat sa balitang pagpataw ng parusang hanggang 62 taon na kulong sa batikang aktor at komedyante na si Roderick Paulate. Guilty beyond reasonable doubt ang naging hatol ng sandigan bayan laban sa aktor dahil umano sa pagkuha ito ng mga 30 ghost employees noong 2010. Ang mga ghost employees na ito ay mga empleyadong nagsu-sweldo kahit hindi nagta-trabaho sa kanyang opisina.

Makikita naman sa depensa ng aktor na hindi daw ito tumanggap ng anumang pera o nakinabang sa sahod ng mga 30 empleyado na kanyang hinire.

Inamin din ng aktor na pinirmahan niya ang General Payrolls and Certifications mula July hanggang December 2010.
