Pinuri ni Miss Universe Bahrain 2022 Elvin Khalifa ang kanyang Filipino team tulad ng kanyang make-up artists, designer, walk trainer, at stylist. Naging posible daw ang kanyang pagsabak sa international beauty pageant dahil sa tulong ng kanyang team na binubuo ng halos Pinoy. Pinasalamatan niya ang kanyang team sa pamamagitan ng kanyang social media.

Agaw eksena naman ang kanyang naging statement sa kanyang costume para isulong ang equal rights ng mga Arab women sa pageantry. Sa likod ng kanyang costume ay may nakasulat na 'Arab women should be represented' at 'A Muslim women can also becocme a Miss Universe.'

Sa isa pang IG post ni Elvin, ibinahagi din niya ang kanyang layunin na makatulong sa Smile Train. Ang Smile Train ay isang international children's charity na sumusuporta sa mga batang may cleft lips at palates.
Aniya, "I was fortunate to have a platform like Miss Universe Bahrain to raise awareness about causes that are close to my heart and as I have mentioned in my previous interviews, Smile Train became very close to me after the competition as it is the official charity partner of my organization."
"The moment I heard the story of children and their families suffering from this situation, I immediately realized that I can be instrumental in spreading knowledge about this simple, solvable problem."

Pumunta si Elvin ang Philippine Band of Mercy Hospital sa Quezon City Philippines kung saan binisita niya ang mga batang pasyenta pagkatapos ng kanilang operasyon.
